There are two categories of membership: Regular and Allied. Below are the criteria for each category, as well as the dues. Only Regular Members may vote.

To join, fill out the membership application form, print it, and then mail it together with your dues to:

REGULAR MEMBER
Annual Dues, $100.00

  1. Must be an individual, firm, partnership, or corporation engaged in the operation of an "overnight" lodging establishment or campground operation, restaurant, attraction, or wedding provider business.
  2. Must possess a valid city business license granted by City of Sevierville;
  3. Must be approved by the SHA Board of Directors; and
  4. Must pay the dues and assessments for Regular Membership.

ALLIED MEMBER
Annual Dues, $100.00

  1. Must be an individual, firm, partnership, or corporation engaged in a business which has a mutual aid relationship with the lodging industry;
  2. Also, includes but is not limited to Conventions and Visitors Bureaus, Departments of Tourism, Convention Centers, Chambers of Commerce, Educators and Students;
  3. Must be approved by a 2/3rds vote of the SHA Board of Directors; and
  4. Must pay the dues and assessments for Allied Membership.
